Argentina graffiti, especially ubiquitous in the capital, is frequently rendered with considerable skill, often artistic, sometimes political, and at times expressive of personal animosity and vendetta.  It can also be political in nature, and sad...such as entreaties seeking the whereabouts of “disappeared” persons.  The defacements are found on lovely old buildings, decrepit walls, garbage cans and street posts.  The paintings and inscriptions show no respect for the age or beauty of the surfaces they adorn.
