Located about an hour east of Tucson, Texas Canyon is actually a 12-mile expanse of hills, boulders, outcroppings and soaring rockforms.  These photographs were published by the Amerind Foundation, located in Texas Canyon.  The little book helped commemorate the archeological Foundation’s 50th anniversary.  Images are of other-worldly beauty, massive cliffs and fragile vegetation, as well as deep recesses, dark niches and weird humanesque configurations.
