This series consists of eight text panels and 31photographic works made in Berlin, Dachau, Prague, Theresienstadt, Cracow, Auschwitz-Birkenau and Budapest.  Some works are of multiple images, totalling 44 photographs; all are printed with heavy black borders to heighten the strong dramatic effect of the imagery, stark, completely devoid of human presence, and suggestive of the dark, incomprehensible evil perpetrated in these places.
